About Yenny

Yenny Uhm is a Grid Policy Specialist based in Korea, working with diverse stakeholders to support a sustainable and inclusive energy transition, with a focus on grid policies and regulations.


Prior to joining GWEC, Yenny worked across climate policy, international law, and regulatory consulting. She was a Diplomacy Associate at Solutions for Our Climate, where she worked on global climate governance, and previously advised multinational companies on EHS and sustainability regulations at Enhesa. She also worked at UNDP Vietnam on rule of law and responsible business.


Yenny holds an SJD in International Environmental Law and an LLM in International Legal Studies from American University Washington College of Law, and a BA in International Relations and International Law from Handong University. She is admitted to the New York Bar.
