To encourage corporations to use renewable energy, last year wind-related organizations launched "WindMade," a label that certifies that 25% of their electricity comes from wind energy.

Since businesses tend to use multiple sources of renewable energy, that label is being extended to wind, solar, geothermal, hydro and biomass energy.

Motorola, Bloomberg, Deutsche Bank, Widex, and Becton, and Dickinson and Company are among the companies awarded the WindMade label so far.
