Recharge’s latest Thought Leaders Roundtable in Rio de Janeiro brought together 45 leaders of the local and international wind industry at the city’s Museum of Modern Art, setting the tone for the following three days of debate at the Brazil Windpower Congress – the largest wind event in the country.

Sponsored by the Brazilian Association of Heavy Machinery Manufacturers (Abimaq), whose associated companies make up a significant number of the country’s new 1,000-plus wind power supply chain, and by Danish turbine maker Vestas, the Recharge Thought Leaders Roundtable invited guests to consider the theme of ‘New Financing Opportunities for Brazilian Renewable Energy Projects’.
