It's more than symbolic that Argentina is the next stop for US President Barrack Obama following Cuba.

Not only because it shows support for a newly elected, pro-market president whose predecessor was accused of having turned the country into “a Cuba”, but also because Obama’s agenda at the time of a new dawn in Argentina firmly includes renewables and climate change.
